BOOK A STUDY PLACE

At what times the study places are available?
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 13.30 to 15.30 hrs. Wednesday and Friday from 10.00 to 14.00 hrs.
If you book outside these times you will receive an error message!

How many study places are available?
There are 12 study places available. All study places are numbered and only for individual use. Working in groups is not allowed.

How do I book a study place?
You book a study place via Planon.
- Enter your phone number and click continue.

- Indicate the (start) date and time you would like to visit the library.
- Then click on search.
- Select one of the available study places and click on confirm. You have booked your study place!

When you visit the library, first report to the library desk
Observe all protocols of hygiene and distance.

During the holidays there will be different opening hours. 

Accessibility

The library is located at the third floor (RA.3.01) of the building section Ravelijn.
The silent study area is located in the basement (BR.S.07) of the building section Brussel.
